I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The entire process was absolutely amazing! From the moment I scheduled the estimate, everything was flawless! Adrian came, inspected my house, explained everything clearly, and laid out our options–with absolutely no pressure. I have been shopping for whole-home HVAC systems for quite some time, and Mr. Poppy's price was the best by far! I opted to replace all my ducts and my conventional HVAC system with a new heat-pump system. Since I have solar, I don't want to use any gas if I can help it! I also opted for the heat-pump water heater. (At the last minute, I might add!) The install team was absolutely amazing! Robert, Danny, and Santino were super-nice, professional, and FAST! Their manager, Gilbert, came by to assist with the water heater. (As I mentioned, that was a last-minute addition, and everyone at Mr. Poppy was so accommodating!) Soepa, the owner, even stopped by at the end! This company feels more like family than employees, and they treat their customers like family too! The entire job only took two days. I am blown away by how efficient these guys are! I cannot recommend Mr. Poppy enough!
